MAXIMUM STORAGE, MINIMUM SPACE
Exclusive to Fujifilm, the Storage Carousel offers a compact and flexible storage design. Each carousel unit is 28" W x 76" H x 28" D and features a rotational width of 36". It can be configured for LTO, DLT/SDLT or Enterprise cartridges or a combination of the above. Equipped with 4 casters below the base of the unit, the Storage Carousel is compact and may be easily relocated. The unit rotates 360 degrees for easy access. The unit structure comes fully assembled. Partial assembly required for the wire racks.

Construction
Carousel assembly consists of 20 gauge steel top, shelf and wire retainers: 22 gauge steel body; 18 gauge base, 16 gauge base hats; wire racks 3/32” and 3/16” diameter.
Sheet metal used is ASTM A-366, Class 1, carbon sheet steel, with a matte finish.
Mobile Base:
Carousel assembly is mounted on a heavy-duty mobile base. The base consists of an 18 gauge steel body with rounded corners and fully welded 16 gauge internal structural members. The base is equipped with 4 full swivel, heavy-duty 5” casters, which are recessed beneath the base to give the unit a “floating” look. The casters are mounted to the 16 gauge internal structure.
The mobile base is equipped with a heavy-duty swivel mechanism to allow the carousel to be rotated easily. The swivel mechanism incorporates seventy .375” diameter chrome steel balls for easy rotation, and a .125” wall x 1” diameter steel shaft, used for elimination of any side-to-side “sway”. This combination provides the stability and ease of rotation required to support the height and weight of the unit.
Paint Surface
All parts pass through an automatic conveyorized washer system. All interior and exterior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sealed with a rust inhibitive iron phosphate coating prior to a baked powder coat finish.
The finish is powder coat paint and has a minimum 1.0 mil dry film thickness that is level, smooth, even and non-abrasive, without runs, wrinkles, grittiness or roughness. The finish complies with U.S. National Archives specifications.
Tape Storage
Supporting best practices for data tape storage, all DLT, SDLT, Enterprise and LTO tapes are stored vertically in individual slots. DLT configuration includes 14 slots per shelf with 12 rows and 4 sides, for a total of 672 tapes per unit or 168 tapes per side. LTO configuration includes 16 slots per shelf with 12 rows and 4 sides, for a total of 768 tapes per unit or 192 tapes per side. Enterprise configuration includes 16 slots per shelf with 12 rows and 2 sides for a total of 768 tapes per unit or 192 tapes per side.Racks are fabricated from heavy gauge cold rolled steel wire and are powder coated with a scratch resistant, non-reactive finish.
Warranty
This equipment is warranted againsted defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase to the original buyer.
Safe Ship Program
This product is warranted to be received damage-free dock-to-dock. Any damages reported within five days of receipt, and before the cabinet is moved within the facility, will be replaced at no charge.
Safe Ship covers shipment anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States and includes inside delivery standard when requested at the time of order.
